Time discrpancy

sometimes they have the same price, sometimes not. It seems they are not receiving the same information tick by tick.

Change of Symbol ver 18

hard to get a chart off daily timeframe

it wants to downloads some changed files and gets hung up doing that. It freezes the computer and must be closed in task manager.

search function

When I click on the search tab 4 sub windows open. -- limit search---results--run search-- search tools----

In the limit search window I have 2 options-- watchlists & number of symbols------When I select watch lists a drop down menu of available watch lists appear and I choose my disired list. at this point all 4 sub-windows disappear. I now must click on the search tab again to display the 4 sub-windows and I now can select the number of symbols to search for. When I enter the number once again all 4 sub windows disappear and I have to select the dearch tab again to open the 4 sub-windows. I now can select -- seaches---in the run search winow which allows me to select --my searches-- and then execute the search I select. In v3 once I click on the search tab, the 4 sub-windows drop down and stay open while i set the watch list to what ever I want and the # of symbols and execiute the search without having to go back to the search tab .

Hotkeys not working for changing templates

Assigned a hotkey to template.

I can change the template with right click menu, but not with hotkey.

I also found two templates with the same hotkey assigned.

With rainbow colorbars selected, hovering the mouse over the candles gives an incomplete popup.

When there is a complete rainbow inside an incomplete, the colorbar is correct, showing incomplete, but the popup shows only the complete rainbow inside, not the larger incomplete rainbow.

Should show both.

4tick chart, symbol VALE5

It will not draw candles. The ticks go off, and the price box moves...but no candles.

When I refresh, the candles that were supposed to be there are drawn.

Then it just stops again...with the price box moving up and down, but no candle.

I cannot get into System Studies to make changes or add/delete indicators.

There are a ton of things I want to delete and a few changes that need to be made.

Also, there are a few new indicators that I want to include in System Studies so that they are hidden from the public.

The System Indicators, series 17 -34 and series 17 - 72 are not in the system indicator menu.

Renko charts

The regular trading hour was coming to a close, and the 1min Renko of the SPY, which is set to give a new brick every 5 cents, rattled off a two dozen bricks in a row in the blink of an eye...price was varying by one cent only...but the chart plotted as if it were varying by 10 cents.

Santo MaxH

Plot the Santo 6 MaxH 117 MinL on the same chart with the Santo 6 MaxH 233 MinL. (Hourly and fifteen minute.)

In some cases the Maxh 117 is greater than the MaxH 233. The plot of MaxH 117 is charted higher than the plot of the MaxH233 (an impossible condition).

There are similar discrepencies in the other fractals

All 6 charts are blank after re-building workspace and they sit blank for hours.

Changing templtes

If I try to change a template using function keys or edit a template or save a template I crash and whole program is lost.

It would be nice if you could maneuver in your main windows after you download someone's chart. The downloaded chart take the full focus and you can't even scroll the chat...Thanks Richard, really slick

Template/info window issue

When I load a template that has the info window turned on, if I right click the chart and click the "info window" button to turn it off, the info window stays on. If do it again, the info window goes away.

It seems that when a template is loaded, the software doesn't recognize the status of the info window and by default assumes it turned off.

4.016.0 launch bug

I had 4.0.12 on one computer. Through Control Panel I uninstalled it and installed 4.0.16. V.4.0.12 was using RUT-X from Telechart. Because eSignal is default data provider, it couldn't find RUT-X and, therefore, popped up an Error window. The error window would only close for a fraction of a second, and so could not close P3A 4. I had to use Process Explorer to close,

Search function

When I use the search function, the application closes after I select the watchlist. I have to click on search again to select the # of symbols to search and again the application closes. Once again I have to click on search to execute my search. Shouldn"t the search function stay open while I set it up as it does in V3 ??

support resistance lines

When I open v4 with the default chart and turn on the suppt and resistance lines the display of the lines is normal. when I change to various templates that have been imported from v3, the suppt & resistance lines double ( duplicate themselves) on each succesive template change. It seems to me that the suppt & resistance lines from the previous template are not discarded and as I change templates the lines continue to build. The supt & resistance lines become unreadable and template changes become slower & slower.

changing colors
