Welcome to Search Administration.

 

The search menu and search builder can have predefined searches added to them.  This is where you can add predefined searches.

 

Uploading Searches

 

Click the "Site Management" tab at the top and select "Search" under it.

 

 

Click "Add Search" at the bottom of the window and this will bring up the add search window.

 

 

Search - Click the pull down on the right and then select a saved search to add.

 

Search Category - If you want the search to appear under a submenu, type a submenu name here.

 

Search Title - The title of the search to present to the team members.

 

Search Description - A one line description of what the search is searching for.

 

Upload - Upload the new search to the server.

 

Cancel - Exit the window and do nothing.

 

Edit Search

 

Anytime you want to change one of the searches, click on the search and choose "Edit Search".  This will bring up the Add Search window, make your changes, then click upload.

 

Delete Search

 

Click on the search title, then click "Delete Search".
